To mark the European Day of Languages on 26th September 2012, we once again invite schools in the region to participate in our annual pupil competition.
All across our country, people know, use and learn languages; the European Day of Languages is an opportunity to celebrate what we do, whatever the language!
2012 has been a great year for Great Britain (and our region) in hosting events and people from all over the world.
So for our competition this year pupils are asked to produce an attractive Calendar page poster (no bigger than A4) which involves a language or languages other than English on the theme of Hosting the world in 2012.
