Targeted at Year 12 students but Yr 11 are also welcome to apply.
The Languages and Law Summer School will explore the various interfaces between these two subjects as they are taught at four Capital L partner universities (Birkbeck, The University of Westmisnter, London Metropolitan University and SOAS)
The programme will include:
- Monday 29 June - Human Rights: Law, Politics and History
- Tuesday 30 June - Law and Urban Space: Thinking about Law in the Street; International Law and International Commercial Law: Working with French internationally
- Wednesday 1 July - Conference & Public Service Interpreting: facilitating equal access to public services for migrants and refugees
- Thursday 2 July - Forest Voices: Working on Law and Environment with Indigenous Peoples

Students are not required to be studying languages at A-level.
